Pray that kids will feel comfortable asking their leaders questions about salvation.
Pray that serving together at VBS will strengthen existing relationships among church members and create new ones as well.
Pray for both kids and adults who will be at VBS to have open hearts and hear His Word in a fresh and new way.
Thank God for those who organize VBS. Pray that God would strengthen them and give them his peace as they trust everything to him.
Thank God for those involved in skits this year. Pray that God would use them and speak through them.
Ask God to be guide and inspire the Motion team and leader as they prepare and give them energy as they lead worship the week of VBS.
Pray that children at VBS will have ears to hear God’s Word and hearts to understand it as truth. (Luke 25:45)
Ask God to keep our VBS leaders healthy and strong for VBS and for sickness not to prevent anyone from being there.
Pray big today! Let’s ask God to fill the whole sanctuary with kids this VBS and provide enough leaders for that!
Thank God for all our VBS volunteers. Pray that God would fill them with his energy and that they would reflect His love to the kids in their groups.
Pray for the Bible story leader to communicate God’s love and his rescue plan effectively to the children. 1 John 4:19
Pray for preparation for the preschool VBS so that the children of volunteers will be able to hear about Jesus at their level of understanding while their parents are serving.
Pray that leaders will be able to use their time wisely in planning, studying, and preparing for their different roles in VBS.
Nothing is impossible for God! Pray that whole families would come to know him and lives would be changed forever through VBS this year.
Thank God for the creativity and passion of those leading crafts. Ask God to give them patience and compassion for the children with whom they will work.
Pray that God will put children on our Calvary Kids’ hearts to invite to VBS and that they will be able to attend.
