Dear Friends,

It is truly a joy to serve as the leader of a wonderful community of believers. Over the years, Calvary has become such a special place to me. Here at Calvary we have old people, young people, poor people, rich people, Lutherans, Baptists (and many others)--all worshipping together, no perfect people yet! What unites us is not a particular denominational label, but our commitment to Christ, His Word, and the mission of winning people to Him for the glory of God.

At Calvary we also see ourselves as part of the larger Christian Church. We are in partnership (not competition) with other good churches in our community. We are one local community of believers who is reaching out to those who don't have a church home with the good news that Christ invites us all into a relationship with him, and each other.
