The Board of Elders oversee all matters related to the discipline, doctrine and direction of the community. The Elders appoint officers, committees and other persons necessary to carry out the ministry and business of the church. The Senior Pastor serves as the lead-Elder and is responsibly for corporate teaching, worship and the leadership of the church staff.

Deacons provide assistance to the Elders and Pastors in serving the spiritual and physical needs of the congregation.

The Staff at Calvary are responsible to the Senior Pastor and Elders. They serve in various roles to help meet the regular needs of the church body.
