Dozens of kids from Calvary Church had a blast last year at Twin Lakes Junior and Middle School Camps. Others enjoyed SpringHill Camp. Any child can attend camp, including your child’s friends or relatives.

A $100 scholarship is available for either camp to those children finishing an entire Awana handbook this year. A full scholarship is available to 6th graders finishing their Awana handbook in each of the last 4 years. Please contact our Awana Commander, Josh Reasoner, for more details regarding the scholarships offered through Calvary.

Twin Lakes Camp

Two ziplines, a waterslide, swimming, the blob, archery, and a creek walk ar just some of the exciting things that juniors do during the week. A missionary chapel and a Bible chapel are also a part of an integrated curriculum where kids learn by doing!

For summer 2009, children entering 3rd-6th grade will be attending Junior Camp 4 at Twin Lakes Camp (TLC) from August 3rd-8th. Transportation to Junior Camp 4 is provided by Calvary's Awana club. Of course, you are free to choose another week of camp for your child.

Parents are responsible for registering and transporting children to & from any camp other than Twin Lakes Junior Camp 4.  A "multiple child" (siblings) discount of $20 is available for each child after the first.

Fees paid in full to the camp prior to April 1st will receive a $10 discount per camper. Return your registration form and check for Twin Lakes Junior Camp 4 (made payable to Calvary Church) to Josh Reasoner or Carleen Gensel no later than March 29, 2008.  If you are planning to attend a different camp week other than Junior Camp #4 and are planning on a scholarship through the Awana club, please provide a copy of your camp registration form to Josh Reasoner.

SpringHill Camps :: Camp 39 Degrees

SpringHill offers 2 camps, one in Michigan (Camp 44 Degrees) and one in Southern Indiana (Camp 39 Degrees).  The cost to attend SpringHill camps begins at $420, depending on which camp you choose.. Camp 39 offers many weeks throughout the summer for children entering 2nd-12th grade in Fall 2008. Specialty camps are also available.
