At Calvary Church we are committed to keeping your children safe and secure. For this reason, we will be implementing an exciting, new child check-in system called KidCheck. KidCheck is designed to provide you with a quick & simple check-in experience for children ages birth – 5th grade.  Please note that all children attending Children's Ministries are required to check-in at the Children's Welcome Center.  This includes children though 5th grade.


We began launching the KidCheck system on September 20, beginning with nursery and preschool.  On October 4, we began check-in for Kindergarten-2nd grade.  On October 18, we will begin check-in for 3rd-5th grade.

 

Parents, please  help make this launch a success by creating your free KidCheck account online now. By doing so, you will ensure that your first check-in experience will be quick and convenient. If you need assistance, you can create or update your account here at Calvary Church.


Once you’ve created your account, the check-in process is simple:

  • Use your 10 digit phone number to access your account at the Children’s Welcome Center. Members will be issued a bar-coded key tag which can be quickly scanned.

  • Select the classes your children will be attending and click “Finish.”

  • Name badges for each child will be printed, along with a receipt required to pick up your children if they are between the ages of birth—2nd grade.

    CREATING A KIDCHECK ACCOUNT

    Signing up for KidCheck is easy and free for parents. Once you have created your KidCheck account, you can add your kids and other guardians. 

    • Go to the website go.kidcheck.com (no “www” needed).

    • Select “I am a parent and want to create a free account”

    • Fill in the requested fields and create your password. Click “Register”.

    • Agree to the license agreement.

    • Complete the fields in “Setup your account”.

    • Select “Save Changes”.

    • Click on “My Kids”. Select “Add a new child”.  This is where you will input your child’s information and upload photos.  Select “Save Changes”.

    • Click on “My Guardians”. Select “Add a Guardian”.  This is where you will input additional guardians and upload photos.   Select “Save Changes”.

    • Logout when you are finished.

     

    Your account can be accessed online by you at any time – a great way to keep all of your information up-to-date!  To make changes, go into your account page by selecting the “Login” link at www.kidcheck.com.
