The Women's Ministry at Calvary Church exists to help women grow in their love for God and each other. It is our heartfelt desire to help women of all ages connect with one another in various settings.

GROWTH THROUGH mentoring
"Teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live...then they can train the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure...so that no one will malign the word of God." (Titus 2:3-5)
We understand the benefit of having another Christian woman walk beside you during some of the difficult times of life. Whether it be depression, marital tension, relationship conflict, or just the day-to-day struggles that women face, we want to encourage you in your journey. GROWTH THROUGH Service
'Sisters in (His) Service,' or 'SIS,' is one of the ways Calvary Church encourages and cares for its members as they experience a hospitalization, the death of a loved one, a wedding, or the birth of a baby. This is done in very practical ways such as preparing a meal for someone in need. If you have an interest in serving others and would like to be on the SIS team, please contact Mari Matthiesen (531.0099) or Lynn Fessant (462.7800 or ).

Women's Prayer - Join us weekly for a time of prayer and encouragement. Meetings are held Monday nights from 6:30p to 7:30p at various locations. Contact Sarah Pepper (708.846.9391 or ) for more information.
Girlfriends Oasis - A Quarterly event series designed to offer the women of Calvary refreshment in mind, body, and spirit. Oasis events include a short devotion, a service opportunity or a DIY activity, and unstructured time to chat with friends. Retreats and Conferences - We encourage you to grab some friends, reserve a hotel, and register for a women's retreat or conference. It's a great way to get a break from the routine of life, have some time with friends, and even do some growing!
